    www.circus.be delaying payout of huge win

    Hi, i started to play at circus.be after some losses i hit the jackpot with a 3 games treble and won higher 5 digit amount. I verified my account after registration, they confirmed via email. After my big winner i request the withdraw and the wanted a few days later after nothing happened id to face and some screenshots showing my deposit to them via Skrill. Well i all did it instant and now i waiting since 11 days, that i get paid. Chat Support is only telling me, i have to wait for the auth. department.

    I already filled a complain here.

    Why is it so hard to pay out and verified acc. or why do they need 11 days to look at 7 docs for verification. Sure it is a superhigh win, but not fair in my opinion.

    Circus.be has a good reputation and always pay customers,if you look in some other forums and all complaining about long payments, but looks like i need help from SBR to speed this up

    Give them some time, they are a reputable and regulated bookie/casino in Belgium. They will pay if your account and winnings are genuine. They just take a longer time with foreign clients but you'll get your money.

    Hi, 21 days gone now and still always the same answer from circus, that they have not any answer from the auth. dep. and i should wait. When will someone from SBR contact me,regarding my complaint?

    And the BEAT goes on......another low # poster who claims he got shafted. Question that I keep asking myself is if they know about SBR to come post a complaint then why not use one of the many recommended sportsbook here & not worry if you will get paid? A certain book I used to play with was famous for saying "sweat the game....not the payout"

    @Ant23 circus.be is not a small bookie. They are very big in belgium. As a german, you don't pay 5% tax at circus.be and this makes a huge difference in betting one of the main reasons to play there.

    This shows me only, that you have no idea, how the betting world works. It cares a lot if you have a good moneymanagement;-)

    They said in that email that your "situation is exceptional" so if you bet on a sports event I'm guessing the third party company is the head of that league. Were any of the legs of your treble in a sport/league that has been known to have fixed matches? If it were a casino win I would suspect they would be contacting their software provider. But without any details about what you bet it's hard for anyone to really hazard a guess.

    My games were from Germany 1st Bundesliga and England Premiere League for that Combo winner. But all other bets were only on the big leagues. I had 1 Tennis game,but was also WTA Indian Wells Zheng vs Babos. But yes i also played a bit Slots to turnover their Bonus and i had with the last 2 spins a "big" winner of around 700 Euro. Maybe thats the problem? I dont know...

    hi,it took me 2-3 days. Because one game from the combo bet was on the 25th and the other games were on the 26th. The Tennis game was a bit later at night. Well i played also slots at night ,when the tennis game was running. But i don't think this is a bonus problem. I think it has also nothing to do with the combo bet,i think it is a slot problem and this superhigh money i won from sports. I mean, as you can read, they are analyzing...whatever it means, even their support guys, can't tell me,what it could mean. All my docs should be fine...my account is not blocked or so,i can still login,but i think my stakes reduced to 0,00 Euro,but i will not play there anyway until i have received my money.
