The owner says he knows how to handle the payment processing for US players. Not really sure how an Irish registered company can manage it but it appears to be working so far.

They still might want ID if you take a bonus or are betting at the limits, or if they just change their mind later.
I just asked the owner and this is his quote for US players:

2. Fund your account in Bitcoin, play in Bitcoin and withdraw in Bitcoin, we are happy to accept you as a US player.
We do not ask for ID from Bitcoin players. Also, the T&C's are more geared to Fiat Currency players which we do need to address."
I was given a hint something in USD instead of bitcoin as the account currency is also possible, but you would have to ask them personally.

So I was using this book for awhile because I found that they had decent e-sports offerings (I bet Overwatch, StarCraft, and CS:GO, haven't tried the other popular markets like LoL or Dota2 so I can't say about those).
Never had issues on deposit or payout since i was using bitcoin, withdrawal was done in less than 24 hours even as a US customer. Another thing I really liked was their e-sports grading was SUPER fast(sub 30 minutes) compared to sites I'd used in the past like Nitrogen and Betcoin, which would take up to 24 hours to grade. Would say is a very trustworthy book as far as I was concerned.
I will say that recently they removed their e-sports odds so I ended up e-mailing their manager John about where they'd gone. He said that they were launching a new e-sports specific book soon, but couldn't give me details about name/date yet. So, not really useful to me anymore personally as an esports bettor, but for anyone else looking to use them, they're quite solid.
Just had the first "bigger" withdrawal from them (previous few were all around 1000$-1500$) and it was quite fast + the customer support guys were super nice, so another + for them in my book.
until that sportsbookreview don't open a official valuation about them, i prefer to stay firm... i don,'t know why.. but i am not sure to deposit a money in unknow book

got my second payment yesterday (received in 2hours+), it's great that their support worked overtime yesterday or else I have to wait for my payment the next day. Better than other ultraplay sites that's been doing shady stuff
If you only play at bookmakers that have been reviewed and rated by SBR, then you're missing out big style on a load of value from top class, solid and reputable sportsbooks that aren't rated, reviewed or even mentioned at all on the SBR website.
You need to be far more wide ranging in your research and not just look on SBR as the be all and end all on sportsbook ratings and reviews etc. Do your own research and do far more thorough searches online apart from just on SBR and you will come across a load more bookmakers that are reputable and that can significantly widen your portfolio of bookmaker options, maximise your value as you gain access to getting the absolute best prices and promotions etc available to you and in turn that will give you the absolute best chance to maximise your profitability.

In my opinion the only questions about this book are 1) can they serve USA customers reliably from Ireland. and 2) are they good enough at bookmaking to stay in business.
As long as you do not keep life changing money in here I think it is safe to try, rated or not.
I've only spoken to the owner by email but feel good about saying his intent to run an honest book is genuine.
And as far as you Italiano. Being in Europe, only one of those even affects you.
If you like their bonus, go ahead with a few hundred I'd say.
though I am in Europe, do you think that if they have bad intentions I can save me? anyway i agree with you when you wonder if they can stay in this business for a long time

If you ever have any doubts in a bookmaker then the best route to take is to not play at said shop... nobody will save you in case any book decides to steal from you case closed. That being said, after all of these positive stories in this thread, just keep it small to start and build your trust with them.
My experience with them was really solid so far and as few people here already said - maybe start small and see where it takes you.

Opened an account at vipsportsbook.eu on 11/26, did not place any wagers, next day changed my mind and asked John to return my deposit, John replied on 11/27 "We have no problem sending back your funds", but he still has not sent back my deposit

If you can't work it out with them shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form and I'm pretty sure SBR can help work it out.

this is just silly.. you created an acct that offered you betfair pinny matchbook and more but you decided not to play after depositing? very silly. any traditional book would of quoted a rollover rule in hopes of getting you to play even 1x your deposit before cashing out... the owner john did you a solid and to be honest this shows how well they treat their players. very nice to see you got your funds but next time dont waste your or the bookmakers time... stories like these bode well for vipsportsbook.eu and betballer as it shows their dedication towards players satisfaction. so far all positive stories which is great. the epl promo ends this month aswell curious to see if anybody hits the exact top 8.
The operating hours are crazy even though I know they are 5 hours ahead of me. Deposited yesterday for the 100% bonus, by the time it was deposited they had closed live chat at 4:30 on a Sunday (11:30am) for me. They did credit my bonus last night my time about 1 am. Anyway I love the selection they have and very good at responding to your messages/emails when they are open. Hopefully I will run it up and let you know how the withdrawal goes.
Made a small deposit today in BTC and took about an hour to get in. Placed two wagers and they've yet to be graded. One has been over for around 2 hours and the other about 20-30 minutes
