#73Wanted to add that they have great customer service and a plethora of options to use including live betting and many different options to choose from you can't find at many of the big offshore books. SBR should get a review started on them!Comment -

#74Warning! This bookmaker confiscated all my sporsbook winnings accusing me of bonus abuse. Apparently when a customer chooses to play competitive odds they label you. By obeying rules to the letter is not enough they seem to be doing what they want.Comment -

#78Well how can I get copies of my bet tickets as they closed my account? All I can see is a message telling about this closure when trying to sign in. This is in order for them to hide the evidence.Last edited by mikkopoika; 01-30-17, 11:14 AM.Comment -

#79Asked the owner about this and he said the following:
It appears you opened about 20 accounts, took bonus on each, bet the exact minimum and attempted to withdraw the winnings. You knew exactly what you were up to.Comment -

#81I doubt very much they will share that info publicly as it'll only help you to avoid getting caught in the future. He did mention you were from Finland which your username here seems to confirm.
Also: it's against the T&C of every bookie to open multiple accounts and abuse bonuses so "nothing rogue" is simply not true.Comment -

#87This all is indicating economical troubles within the company and once again I have never created multiple accounts at any bookmaker in order to benefit from multiple bonuses. To prove me wrong feel free to show some evidence. If you won´t you are making yourself nothing but a confirmed criminal. Also is the whole day absence of a live chat representative today an indication to an economical collapse?Last edited by mikkopoika; 01-30-17, 03:09 PM.Comment -

#88Hello Mr. XXXXXXXX,
We had a tonne of accounts set up from Finnish players over the space of a few days.
Every player bet the same amounts to reach €500 turnover, got their accounts verified and tried to withdraw their full balance immediately afterwards.
We have had the same type of incident from other countries in the past and and frankly have no interest in entertaining that type of thing again.
We see your posts on SBR. FYI, our business is very strong financially. Not paying you is because of bonus abuse, not because we do not have the funds to do so.

#91I would somehow understand if there was a betting syndicate as a reason where group of people would be betting same outcomes of matches in order to complete a required rollover but me personally at least had no clue about this so called rush of Finnish customers and definitely when doing my wagers have been acting alone. Again when rollover is completed money belongs to a customer noone can deny that. Also I did not join this bookmaker because of a Finnish forum. If you think your rollover is too easy to complete you should alter your terms and conditions like a decent business would do and pay what you already owe.Last edited by mikkopoika; 01-30-17, 03:48 PM.Comment -

#92"Every player bet the same amounts to reach €500 turnover, got their accounts verified and tried to withdraw their full balance immediately afterwards."
If I understand the facts correctly and they did take a large volume of bets from individual players from a country and then canceled those bets after they won, that's theft and Betballer are crooks. It seems they not only confiscated an earned bonus but more importantly, stole balances after taking a shot at players' bankrolls when they risked their funds for a meaningless rollover.Comment -

And don't you think if a Finnish forum gives a bookie positive feedback, at least some of the new registrations would act a bit differently and not just roll over the exact same amount and then withdraw the complete balance? This stinks on so many levels...Comment -

If you won´t you are making yourself nothing but a confirmed criminal. Speaking of those confiscated winnings they in fact not only took the bonus amount and related winnings but also winnings that originated from deposit amount that even adds up the rogueness. Like if I had not had a bonus at all but wagered with only my deposit and bookmaker confiscating my winnings.Last edited by mikkopoika; 01-30-17, 07:32 PM.Comment -

#95Somehow I think there's a little more to it than this. They have reason to believe this is the same player. Also a strong coïncidence 2 players come here on the same day, register on the same day and seem to know each other. This indicates to me there is a strong possibility of it being the same person.

If they are all separate individuals, all betting separately, and did not break any betting rules, then they should be paid.
As the player pointed out, if John has offered a bonus he now finds too generous he needs to change the bonus not refuse to pay people who took that bonus in good faith.
I realize John is newish to this game (unless you count his bingo site before this venture) and trying to be open, easy to deal with and not require a lot of ID etc. But only the scummiest biggest scam shops that exist try to avoid paying out by blaming entire countries or regions who have won too much.
If you are talking to him please mention that. He needs a valid reason to confiscate these funds, not a hunch too many people in Finland must be doing wrong as too many are beating him the same way.Last edited by Optional; 01-30-17, 07:39 PM..Comment -

#97since when did it become a crime to withdraw your winnings or even even entire balance after you have completed the required rollover? does this book expect you to keep wagering until at some point you lose all money??? it's comical this book thinks it's somehow wrong for players to want to withdraw their money after having completed the required rollover requirements. lmaoLast edited by ezeemunee; 01-30-17, 11:53 PM.Comment -

#98Wow, I'm from Finland too so I don't think it's a good idea to open an account with betballer now. Fortunately I never did
I was wondering... if they think one player has 20 accounts how can the player verify all those accounts? By borrowing different IDs from their relatives, neighbors etc.?Comment -

That message UKK posted does sound a little bit like Betballer might be thinking this way. I'm not certain they really mean that though as the owner has certainly always come across as fair minded in the past.
Will be interesting to find out the full story. I don't think we are getting it all here just yet..Comment -

#100This is plain theft. If guys verified their accounts and all was ok. Unless they can make connection between same bets or same ip,they must pay. This owner said they are verified, people in Europe like to have money on their e wallets, and deposit after when they want to make bets. Europeans are not limited deposit/withdrawal wise like Americans.Comment -

#103Its not uncommon for people to share deals or be opportunists as a group. People have been gaming airline miles and using the slickdeals model (before slickdeals was considered fair) for along time. Whole countries have been banned from sportsbooks or their bonuses because a book offered a free $20 targeting Canada and the majority of it would come from a country where $20 is a weekly paycheck.
