Wanted to add that they have great customer service and a plethora of options to use including live betting and many different options to choose from you can't find at many of the big offshore books. SBR should get a review started on them!

Warning! This bookmaker confiscated all my sporsbook winnings accusing me of bonus abuse. Apparently when a customer chooses to play competitive odds they label you. By obeying rules to the letter is not enough they seem to be doing what they want.

Well how can I get copies of my bet tickets as they closed my account? All I can see is a message telling about this closure when trying to sign in. This is in order for them to hide the evidence.

It appears you opened about 20 accounts, took bonus on each, bet the exact minimum and attempted to withdraw the winnings. You knew exactly what you were up to.

I doubt very much they will share that info publicly as it'll only help you to avoid getting caught in the future. He did mention you were from Finland which your username here seems to confirm.

Also: it's against the T&C of every bookie to open multiple accounts and abuse bonuses so "nothing rogue" is simply not true.

I only have opened one account at betballer. I also own one account at vitalbet but that should not be a problem as the bookmakers are not linked I was told via live chat.

To prove me wrong feel free to show some evidence. If you won´t you are making yourself nothing but a confirmed criminal. Every player bet the same amounts to reach €500 turnover, got their accounts verified and tried to withdraw their full balance immediately afterwards.


We have had the same type of incident from other countries in the past and and frankly have no interest in entertaining that type of thing again.


We see your posts on SBR. FYI, our business is very strong financially. Not paying you is because of bonus abuse, not because we do not have the funds to do so.

Sounds like the punter(s) did not play in good faith. Betballer should reverse all bonuses and any winnings of bonuses and the allow the players to do what they wish with their Bitcoin.

I would somehow understand if there was a betting syndicate as a reason where group of people would be betting same outcomes of matches in order to complete a required rollover but me personally at least had no clue about this so called rush of Finnish customers and definitely when doing my wagers have been acting alone. Again when rollover is completed money belongs to a customer noone can deny that. Also I did not join this bookmaker because of a Finnish forum. If you think your rollover is too easy to complete you should alter your terms and conditions like a decent business would do and pay what you already owe.

If I understand the facts correctly and they did take a large volume of bets from individual players from a country and then canceled those bets after they won, that's theft and Betballer are crooks. It seems they not only confiscated an earned bonus but more importantly, stole balances after taking a shot at players' bankrolls when they risked their funds for a meaningless rollover.

Speaking of those confiscated winnings they in fact not only took the bonus amount and related winnings but also winnings that originated from deposit amount that even adds up the rogueness. Like if I had not had a bonus at all but wagered with only my deposit and bookmaker confiscating my winnings.

It doesn't really matter if a Finnish forum referred them or not.

If they are all separate individuals, all betting separately, and did not break any betting rules, then they should be paid.


As the player pointed out, if John has offered a bonus he now finds too generous he needs to change the bonus not refuse to pay people who took that bonus in good faith.


I realize John is newish to this game (unless you count his bingo site before this venture) and trying to be open, easy to deal with and not require a lot of ID etc. But only the scummiest biggest scam shops that exist try to avoid paying out by blaming entire countries or regions who have won too much.

If you are talking to him please mention that. He needs a valid reason to confiscate these funds, not a hunch too many people in Finland must be doing wrong as too many are beating him the same way.

I've run into a few shops who want to stretch the definition of non-recreational to mean anyone who plays the bonus in a way to maxmize the chances of completing it.

That message UKK posted does sound a little bit like Betballer might be thinking this way. I'm not certain they really mean that though as the owner has certainly always come across as fair minded in the past.

This is plain theft. If guys verified their accounts and all was ok. Unless they can make connection between same bets or same ip,they must pay.This owner said they are verified,people in Europe like to have money on their e wallets,and deposit after when they want to make bets.
