    Problems with Bet-at-home

    Hello!
At the start of the week I was betting on some live ITF tennis matches at Bet-at-home (those events are my favourite thing to bet with them) and after the match was over (I almost didn't do any profit with this match), they decided to close my account. After that they send me mail if I know some other persons (only by name), which I replied I don't as only one of the name from the list was known to me, but without surename it is impossible to tell. This was my full answer.

    Hello!
Those names are quite common Slovenian names, but none of the given is my close friend that I am in contacts with. I am a professional bettor and at the moment I am mainly focused on smaller ITF events (it should be quite clear from my history, I think most of my livebetting is made on such matches). You were the only of the bigger bookies who was offering this match live so I placed my bets with you. In my opinion your decision of blocking my account is very unprofessional, because I was just using my knowledge (even after you already limited my account heavily) and I can also say that week after week you are giving very bad under/over lines on such matches, where the difference between two players is very big. I don't know who is your bookmaker for this market and who are selecting lines/odds, but IMHO I would do much, much better job if I would be employed at your company, so maybe it wouldn't be bad idea to offer me some kind of partnership, where I would be halping you with those offers. I hope those issues will be solved as fast as possible.

    Their response was:

    Hello,
Please be informed that we decided to keep your account closed, due to our internal verification and risk-management.

As your account is permanently closed and the gaming contract between you and the company is terminated, please be also informed that we will not be able to provide you with more information regarding this issue.
    Thank you for your understanding.

Now they are not replying my emails anymore, I was asking what is happening with my money, I won 12000 in past year, got limited to 100€ in this period and really don't think that they are allowed to just take my money away. I would understand if they will void my last bets if they suspect that it was a fishy match, but my whole bankroll with them was earned before that.
Can you please help me with some suggestions?

It looks like they caught you doing something you were not suppose to do, possibly forgery of Docs and if not that maybe your not telling us everything, many sportsbook complaints SBR does not get the whole story, 30% or so is left out.. So what really happened??

    This is the full story..

On Tuesday 7.1. I was placing some livebets on tennis match ITF Martinique, Peral - Sime. Sime is very poor player, who won one game in her past five matches, so I was assuming that this match will end 6:0 6:0 or something very similar. Bet-at-home opened lines on livebetting at 18,5 and 17,5, so I made few bets on game lines and bets of who will win next games. Bet-at-home started offering those small ITF tournaments live in last two months, so I decided to play again with them even if I have limited account to 100€ per livebet. I was betting quite a lot of such live events in those past two months as I consider myself as probettor for tennis, I am comentating tennis matches for our national television and have quite good reputation with my picks and Bet-at-home has very poor knowledge at such events and is very easy to make profit. I am also very experienced bettor and the last thing would came into my mind is to play some kind of fraud on Bet-at-home. I am mainly using Pinnacle for placing bets and used BAH only at some small markets such as mentioned ITF events. I understand from what I read through other forums that I am suspected of having multiple accounts, but this is not the case with me. I was placing bets in those last months from my home computer only and those were all my own bets. I never took any bonuses which they were offering. I already verificated my account in past and didn't have any similar problems and my account is opened there for years. I am very surprised with their behaviour. They didn't say what am I accused for, how did they came to such conclusion to close my account, they are not replying to my mails. I will surely use all legal chances, to prove that I made all that money with them on fair way even if that costs me more money.

I was very stupid not checking that BAH ratings in last year went down significantly and that they are on the lists where people should avoid their bookie. So I just have all the money (even if I didn't need to have such amount there), which is 12000€ on their account, otherwise if I would have known that they are now very unreliable, I would withdraw everything from there.
