    Wager Web customer service is awful

    Refused to close account after wagering issue, was told to email if I want account closed, was told I wouldn't be transferred to supervisor. I appreciate it legends way to pick a real A+++ shop for your customers. Good luck to those of you who have funds there, my experience would rate them a D and that's being generous

    I want account closed because I wouldn't send a penny to them if they offered a 1000% cash bonus with a 1x RO. Just issues regarding the rollover and something that should have counted towards it that didn't. CS was nothing but rude after I was polite (no cursing) or name calling. Just wanted to share my experience with others especially after the BI fiasco that costs me and the legends downfall that cost me as well. Good luck if you have funds there

    The rollover would have been completed with last play that should have been credited, was so furious over their lack of quality assistance for not counting it I went all in on 2 separate plays and lost both. Never got a chance to ask for a PO becaise of high RO, just thought it was BS they didn't count two bets towards RO that should have been counted. Not a big deal, just warning others that might consider sending money, that their CS isn't very helpful when it comes to disputes.

    Your suppose to close a account when you have money in it and ask for a payout.Closing a account with no money is pretty stupid

    Ok, so to begin..what are the bets in question they didnt count towards RO? Why should they have counted in your opinion that WW said no to?

    Just because you didnt curse or wish cancer on a clerk doesnt make you polite, nor does a clerk not doing what they cant do make them rude...wasnt part of the conversation..but you make it seem as if because you ask politely, they should do whatever you wanted...which isnt the case.

    Did you request a payout and were denied because of a short RO...did you appeal to mgmt before or after making the wagers to zero out your account about the RO issue?

    Lets give everyone the whole story here first..then allow the to draw a conclusion.

    And its not that I doubt the OP here..dealt with WW a year ago..CS was awful, so I didnt deposit...but book is likely to have a different version of events.

    Finally, legends had no choice..there were no takers. 5x is high only when you consider the alternative...getting the same shaft BI players got.5x looked good to them.

Something tells me there is more to this story.

    Seriously... another "wanted to close my account" thread. Just forget about them, change your email and do not give it another thought. One exception, Youwager... leave $1.00 in your account and just do not contact them again. That $1.00 dollar will show your account as funded and it will not be transferred to the outbound sales/marketing database and auto dialer server. No more calls or marketing, easy.... Also, as a by the way. Those that keep complaining about WW seriously, just say thank you for the bailout instead of being left with your rooster in your hand like many in the other famous incident. I am sure WW is doing the best they can with the influx of new accounts and customers, they are going to have a little growing pains... even Heritage had a little growing pains but overall they did all right in my opinion considering the volume they had to handle and the actual 3 brands they took on in about 3 to 4 months, Heritage that is. WW should be fine and the timing is good for a setup and adaptation for the new addition of accounts before preseason... take it easy. They have a lot to deal with in a situation like this and it is also being done in Central America which is not the easiest place to get anything done or done fast and that is saying it nicely...

    Hey RP.... do not think it is a case of WW refusing action towards rollover but more of a case that the OP thinks the available lines are so bad that he will not play them.... Think he is meaning all their MLB lines in general are not too his liking, he is going to wait until the NFL season to get down. He thinks the general market lines will be better then for American football... RP, this sound about right?

    Touch I am not sure what he means. The only wagers in the sportsbook that are not counted towards roll over are Free play wagers or wagers where there are no action (pushes or cancelled). The other thing he keeps saying is high roll over... but 5x is not high by any means unless he isn't playing cause of lines like you said Touch. Personally I think this guy is full of it, and there is alot more to this story. Why wont he post what the wagers are?

    I made a thread about their customer service 2 months ago and how it was greatly improved. Not that it ever really sucked.

    The ro stuff is pretty cut and dry so I am curious as well what you felt should have been counted and wasn't.

    Just requested a paper payout for the max and there saying 6 weeks so hopefully it comes a little sooner than that...

    Anybody use that form of payout from them recently?

    6 weeks is lame unless you can withdrawl multiple checks at the same time for the high rollers with a big balance.

    I joined the other day and deposited 100. The customer service was ok but they were confused on a lot of questions I ask about the racebook and rebates and such.

    Why not cashout 800 use your one free payout and then take the rest every day. Seems better (for me anyway) to do same day cashout get the money that night in my pocket. Costs more but there is no waiting. Just my opinion.

    Poker I dont think this is about closing the account. If you read his post there is something else going on. The closing the account was used to muddy the water. As you see he will not post his wagers so we can see what he is talking about.

    In all seriousness, who knows what really went down. Big Blue most likely didn't agree with the terms of the rollover. Lower amount between the risk and the win would be my guess. WW has never been known as a customer centric sportsbook and it never will.

    This is the reason... after re-reading Blues posts. His last 2 wagers did not qualify for rollover qualification which would of cashed him out so he got angry and went on tilt/all in and busted out on 2 wagers. The guy is pissed but really should be angry at his bankroll management more so then at the book it looks like too me.

    Having to give back 10% of your money on every payout is pretty steep. Probaby best to take it all and play elsewhere.

    Lets just say they have another payout options besides the two most obvious ones and they wanted hit me with a $275 fee to take out $3,000....



    An absolute joke if you ask me, so I said screw it, for $210 cheaper I'll wait the 4-6 weeks for a check. Hopefully it comes sooner. Even if I did do the "everyday option" they would still hit me with an $80 fee each time. No thanks.

    6 weeks for a paper PO? Wow, been depositing over 10x without ever withdrawing. Finally up a little, and now I'm a little scared... should I stop and just withdraw and wait 6 weeks?
