I had the same issue but I can't remember what field I changed. Might be like having to enter a zip code or entering something into one of the none required fields.
I got a 2nd response from them saying they have another scheduled call with Jazz later this week. They also said that Jazz have been slow to respond and have only provided info about 2 cases which were poor responses concealing a lot of info.
Thank you for that update

Has anyone gotten paid on Jazz or looselines recently? I accidentally deposited on looselines before I saw any of this and I’m waiting on a payout.

I'm also waiting on this call. One thing OSGA should do is take down the ratings of 9.5 on these scum bag thieves on there site as they wait for them to tell them a line of bs why they robbed 100's of thousands off innocent ppl. Shits about to hit the fan Jazz.
Have any of you spoken to a lawyer in Costa Rica? The first step would be file a lawsuit in Costa Rica and figure out who's running the show.
these guys are using corporate structuring to shield themselves. the company named in the T&C's "jazz business solutions" is registered in curacao. they also have a gaming license from curacao. but they are physically located in costa rica.

IMPORTANT: take 2 minutes and send an email to Curacao Gaming Authority (the governmental body that issues online gaming licenses in Curacao, which is what Jazz/Looselines uses to operate these websites).
I am writing to inform you of the thefts being committed by Jazz Business Solutions B.V. ("Jazz"), a company that is licensed by Curacao Gaming Control Board under license number OGL/2024/400/0824.
Jazz is stealing money from its players, and closing player accounts without any justification. Jazz is also violating other regulations and requirements for B2C license, including targeting vulnerable players; failing to display license information on its websites; and changing terms and conditions without notice to its player
It is my understanding that Jazz' provisional license is valid through June 28, 2025.
PLEASE DO NOT ISSUE A NEW LICENSE TO JAZZ.

While I appreciate the effort unfortunately none of the Curacao license providers ever help or even respond to player complaints.
The only real way is to get a lawyer there to start a case but there have been very few successful cases. Majority of the time a successful case is just the court determining the company bankrupt which in reality does nothing.
Our most realistic hope is for Jazz to have a change of heart and start paying players again. Ruining their reputation online is probably the only real hope of them doing that but even then it is pretty slim.

Jazz has no money? so now the only recourse is to out all the people involved and let people who got ripped off to take the law in there own hands. They owe way more than any of you no. I wouldn't want that on my head Hank, especially to a few ppl they owe. Bang Bang. These ppl don't post on forums. They take action

Curacao has recently revamped their licensing system and there may be some hope of making use of that once it is in place. For now they say that they are not accepting player complaints yet.

to be clear, sending this email will not get us paid (you are correct, the gaming board doesnt get involved in player disputes with the operator). but for the small chance that someone at the gaming board sees the emails and decideds to look into it further, and HOPEFULLY, they wont get a new license.. i'm not holding my breath, but its only 1-2 minutes to send the email.

they said they wont get involved in player complaints, but IF they notice a breach of the gaming laws they will take "enforcement measure". again, not holding my breath -- in all honesty, the gaming board is probably corrupt also.

If anyone wants to get a lawyer in Curacao to try and help them, search up SGBOK.
For most cases you only have to pay them if they are successful and it is usually around 20-30% of the amount they retrieve for you.
They have succeeded previously for other cases but actual retrieval of funds is low from what I know.
I had one case with them previously that pretty much went nowhere fast though.

i was looking into this firm, but the website was down for maintenance. looks like its back up again https://sbgok.org/
edit: actually, website is still being update, but it does load up and has a contact email.
Has anyone received an update from osga? I haven't heard anything (not even a confirmation of receipt of my complaint).

Hello,.
We are sorry to hear of this problem at Jazz Sports. We have had an unprecedented amount of complaints sent in on this operation. Jazz has been around as long as anyone and prior to this past week, we have gotten very few complaints on them. Hopefully, we can assist you here.
We sent you complaint down to Jazz today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Jazz. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update.

Over a year ago I was betting on Looselines.ag with no issues and then decided I was done with betting altogether. I've spent the last year getting my funds out, albeit incredibly slowly as they attempt to make the process as brutal as possible. $1k per month on average then it started to be more like $1k every 1.5-2 months.
Recently my withdrawal request have been getting cancelled on their end and then today I went to sign on to check on things and my account username and PW dont work. I spoke to someone in "chat" and they told me my account is closed and my funds will not be returned. No reason at all. They are blatantly stealing my money.
If anyone can help in this matter it would greatly appreciated. Beware DO NOT use Looselines.ag .

I got an update from OSGA 2 weeks ago which I posted in the last post of the previous page. I've sent another follow up email now and will let you guys know when I get a response.
I've also decided to reach out to SGBOK and see if they are interested in taking this case on for everyone.
I've seen cases where they were successful with the judge ruling that the license provider rather than the sportsbook is liable and must pay the customers.

In Curacao and SBGOK unfortunately aren't taking new cases at this stage as they are too busy at the moment.

Does anywhere have any info if they actually have a license in Curacao? Some review sites say they don't, some say they do but they don't provide info of which license it is.
I know they have an office in Costa Rica and also a company registered in Curacao (Jazz Business Solutions B.V.) but that may be for tax purposes or something sketchy rather than the purpose of obtaining a license.
If they do have a license, it would make going after them a lot easier.

they do have an online gaming licesnse in curacao. expiring at the end of June, but i would presume they have filed the application for a new license.
the conflicting information is because the old sublicense under cyberluck (a/k/a curacao egaming) is no longer in force.
