I've been a customer there since pre 2020. As a woman, especially as a woman of color, I find the term "bonus whore" absolutely pathetic. You need to look in the mirror and grow up. I have used bonuses before on some of my deposits. Sometimes when I didnt feel like worrying about tons and tons of rollover, I would deposit without a bonus.

I'll repeat, everything they have asked me for I have given them. Whatever they are looking for, they've had over an entire month, and they haven't found it. (There's nothing for them to find)

I genuinely think there's a good chance they're stalling so that more deposits come in, so that they can decipher if they can avoid going bust if they begin paying people.

Curious to OP's betting experience with Bookmaker. If its KYC stuff they probably think its someone else using the account.

I do think it's only a matter of time until we do see issues as surely some big bookmakers had significant funds on FTX and are in a tough situation now because of it. I don't expect OP's issue with KYC to be because of that, though.

Ive bet with them for multiple years. I have made a few cash outs before this one, all with bitcoin, no problem with anything. I initially verified my account with my ID. Then another time with a separate photo of the ID on a different background, and a selfie holding it. During this investigation I have sent them in a selfie holding a piece of paper with two different dates on it. The next thing they ask for will be a photo of me in a thong with my out. Its degrading to be treated like this.

How much more patient should i be? An entire month has lapsed.

I decided to make my own thread after all. I think the more eyes on a sportsbooks wrong doings the better. I have had a payout on hold from Bookmaker for more than a full month. I have over forty exchanged back and forth with their KYC department. They have requested a bunch of verification from me. If I take one more selfie of myself the flash might make a girl go blind. Things have steadily progressed to be more and more concerning. I've messaged KYC 4 days in a row now without a single response. Live chat won't even let me speak with the supervisor on staff. I am just being completely blackballed from any information regarding my money, which to me, is a lot.
