Doing a video call doesn't prove that you aren't multi accounting. You need to send them proof of how you obtained that BTC.

I deposited 10k onto Bookmaker via bitcoin. I ran it up to 55k. Requested a withdrawal and was told to send in the same documentation as OP and I did. They even asked for a video call and I agreed to it (after they threatened me with reporting my winnings to the IRS. All the emails are posted to my thread) And now for the last month after that they are ignoring my emails.

They're saying the btc that I used came from the payout of another bookmaker account. I never traded 25k in btc, I make much smaller trades then that, usually never higher than 5k. So somebody who I bought btc from had recently paid out of bookmaker. That's "supposedly" what all this is stemming from. I TOLD THEM WE CAN DO A VIDEO CALL, WHATEVER THEY WANT AND THEYRE JUST IGNORING ME NOW

I agree that what you say has been supplied should be fairly convincing already.

My guess is either no one you have dealt with wants to stick their neck out and approve you when security has said you are suspicous.

Or that there is something more they have not told you making them disbelieve you still.

It could be tracing the crypto payments to the same final location as another account for example. (which could just mean you use the same exchange and are not connected)



I would suggest just thinking of anything you have that might help and offer that. So the CS person is not just going to argue back with you and has to address that offer. next day try again same way, maybe offering to do a video or voice call where you think you can convince them you real.

Basically throwing the ball in their court to do something with your offer rather than just default arguing or ignoring you.

Asking if they can escalate it to a manager as you think there is a mistake happening is also worth a try.

Trying to sound like "of course you are going to approve me in the end as I am real" is way better than arguing. Even if this really is unfair. Get your money and then complain later.
