Also for everyone claiming that they're not in financial trouble since their payout went thru....have you guys never been thru a site folding before? It's a common tactic for them to allow certain smaller payouts (usually from losing players) to slip thru, while tying up the larger players payouts, with the goal of getting as much money on the site before they bounce. They wouldn't just hold all payouts, obviously

I am having the same issue with BM. My account is in KYC process since 11/25. I have submitted multiple selfies + a form needed to process a payout. They have been unresponsive since 12/6 which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I only use these guys because of safety of funds. I don't know what they are trying to do but seems like a common theme here, with them playing games. How can I get someone to help?

I didn’t defend anything. Never have had any issues you speak of with them. IDGAF really. You are in a thread about bookmaker being in financial trouble and I posted that I’ve been paid so there doesn’t appear to be financial trouble. Numerous posters have responded to you and tried to help. Go read your own thread. Bitcoin transactions with people you don’t know, ridiculous commentary to the CS rep, calling them the N word, etc…. On top of that, you have no bank account, banned from signing up for one, banned from **, childish bickering, etc… etc… does this not all sound a bit off to you? They have “your money” so you are at the mercy of their rules. I hope you get paid but I would 100% flag your account too. The way you talk here versus there probably could have got your further with them. Just saying.

I said that since they're ignoring me after providing everything they've asked for, and given the recent (at the time recent) news regarding FTX, you have to consider that a possibility.
