Who are the other 5 books you claim he has charged back against? I will surely know someone senior at most or all of those books and can verify independently.

The customer made deposits totaling 3,880 and withdrew 3,996, then proceeded to charge back 2,909 using an alias of someone who was not related to him, but instead a "beard" he used to open an account and later charge back. Furthermore, 7 of the 9 deposits were charged back. While incidental chargebacks are sometimes understandable, having 7 of 9 deposits charged back clearly indicates intentional actions, not an error. The 2 deposits that were not charged back were made through Bitcoin, which cannot be charged back. He also initiated chargebacks through his own account. FedEx has stated that chargebacks were only made with CRsportsbet, yet he has done the same with over 5 other companies. Additionally, the customer has 10 accounts linked to his with us. It is also important to note that the customer profited from the deposits he later charged back. This is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a recurring pattern.

This was after they had some internal issues with previous employees knowing customers info and stealing BTC. How did this not come to YW attn on previous payouts?

YW paid him $3900 out from prev deposits, then he charged back $2900 after being paid. That's $6800. This Fedex guy is obv a scum bag but YW taking deposits and wagers for 8 years with no way for him to CB is the Elephant in the room. Fedex free rolled YW first then YW free rolled him back. IDK at this point what is the right thing to do? I def take $6800 off now. At the very least you have to give him back the amounts deposited through BTC and Zelle over the past 8 yrs.

I did ********** against that book as they closed down and took my money with them. By acknowledging the possibility of a ********** here, I am stating that perhaps when I charged back against that book (correctly), I may have accidentally charged back a legitimate charge from You Wager. That is a possibility, though I do not recall the details, and was certainly done unintentionally. Again, if there were a problem 8 years ago, it should have been addressed and either resolved or resulting in the closure of my account. You have not addressed the justification for confiscating $18,000. As far as fraudulent accounts, I have made all transactions under my account FedEx11204. I did help a family member open an account, however I do not see the fraudulent activity being conducted as 99.9% of transactions were done under one account. Again, if I broke the terms of service by charging back 8 years ago or by opening up one other account for a relative, then simply close my account or charge me what I owe you. You have not made the claim that I owe you $18,000. You have also not addressed the fact that all deposits for the past 8 years have been done with Bitcoin or Zelle. Clearly, I was acting in good faith given the fact that if I were intending to **********, I would have used a credit card.

Can you please clarify regarding the previous payouts mentioned, were those processed prior to chargebacks? fedex stated he had payouts after YW's claim of past chargebacks. If that is true, two things seem to be in order. First YW needs to improve with account flagging. Second, you should be paid the amount owed along with any processor fees YW was assessed, and then pay fedex the remaining amount.

I question VCO being honest here. Should be noted that during this football season they changed their six day a week, bitcoin payout rules. In addition, I never recall YW-FF accepting cc deposits of that amount without extreme ID documentation. So not buying it. Have you ever charged something back before from a sportsbook? When you say you do not recall makes it sound like you have done it before honestly. And if you did do it before why did you do it? To get back money you had already lost? Or was there a legit reason? If someone accused me of charging something back i know it would be a lie because i have never done that even once.

Let's say I agree they should refund his money if that's what he did. Should he also payback the $2,800? Assuming we have the facts correct, that he charged back years ago and somehow was able to get another CC deposit to go through because the fraud department never noticed his new account with a new address etc and didn't notice his email was linked to the another account which defrauded them of the $2,800 previously. Only when he requested a payout did they discover it. If that is what happened, what should the book do? Pay him all the winnings or refund all his deposits? What about the $2,800? How much has he deposited since? We know about the $500, but what if he deposited another $3k or 10k that he isn't telling us about? What if he charges back all those after they pay him?

How many times have you charged back when betting offshore? Most people NEVER have. Some made a honest mistake when they never put 2 and 2 together after getting their statement. Stupidity isn't a crime. But that's rare. Most people who charge back planned to charge back right from the beginning. Win or lose, they were gonna charge back. No matter what.

Again, we don't know all the facts here. Very little and all one-sided. Perhaps he got caught and this is his way of making himself feel better somehow. If he is a scammer, then it's likely everything he is saying is bullshit as well. Goes with the territory.

My experience is that books pay players when they win. They don't when its warranted. That goes with domestic books and even Vegas itself. We all read about the guy who was refused his payout of $500,000 in Vegas because he never made the bet himself. There are many reasons why books won't pay. Scamming them first seems like a pretty good reason to me.

I have had two payments of $3000 the last 3 months i do not think i have ever had an issue of getting paid. But this is crazy if true because that was like 8 years ago. Im shaking writing this cause I can’t believe what’s being done to me so before this the Nfl season I made a deposit of $500 using Zelle and now finally after a 30x rollover i have a balance of $17,858. Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal and they told me to call them so that’s what I did and subsequently told me that they found that an account associated with my address had disputed a charge in 2016!!! (mind you I have no clue what they’re talking about and since then they have gladly taken tons of deposits from me but now they suddenly bring this up when i’m finally making a withdrawal ) they’re deducting $2800 so I push back and said listen you guys can do whatever you want because there’s no way I can push back cause there’s no authority but you’re gonna lose my business and I’m going to plaster all over the web about my experience so then they tell me how about if we only take off half I said listen It just seems very shady after I rack up a big balance suddenly now you’re trying to find ways of taking my money. anyway today I login and I see my account is suspended, and they have decided to confiscate my whole balance and obviously closing my account for good. LOL Youwager and BetPop are a joke. Years ago they literally confiscated my recent winnings from live betting because "we had meant to ban you from live betting earlier but somehow it didn't go through." They certainly wouldn't have given me money back had I lost during that period. Shortly thereafter they closed my account, although they did pay. I was banned for winning (I didn't take shots at bad lines)
