WSEX Slow Payout Updates

Not to mention the customer service there doesn't even care. How can management not be able to find a solution to this mess after a year and a half??? No statements, no nothing just same old B.S. nothing new from them month after month. Its absolutely incredible. It really seems like they just dont care.

All their response emails are the same. If you read between the lines they all go just like this one.

Dear Sir

Thank you for contacting us but we are broke as phuck right now so there is absolutely nothing we can do for you.

We are waiting on new deposits that are seemingly not coming through at the moment.

We ask that you get down on your knees and pray to your chosen god every night before you go to sleep that money will magically fall into our lap.

I dont think it will. Matchbook almost always pays up in time. I dont think they would have taken transfers from wsex if they were going broke. Not sure if they still do but they did for the longest time.

This book wouldn't be easier to beat than any other book (and stay to fukk away with live bets, i dont know about that), if the wager confirmation and all the other shit would take as long as everywhere else.

Still, most ppl who are shitting on them now prolly already made a fortune there, most complainers are little weasels and i can understand why wsex is choosing this way.

I wouldn't be in a fukking hurry either to pay abusers. And no, iam not fukking saying it is the good way. I was an abuser too. But unlike you clowns, i fukking admit it. Grow some balls, and live with the slow-pay NOW

seems pretty clear to me that they are struggling to scrape together every dollar to make any payments at all

i had a b2b done and asked for a check by regular mail on 11/11. was told i can expect my check 2nd week of new year, last week. if they can deliver on that , i would be ok with a 2 month wait for checks. would not wait that long anywhere else. willing to wait at WSEX. also think i will be waiting longer than 2nd week of new year. what i would like to see is the people on this forum who are owed money get paid. there are many people still owed multiple checks who have not been paid. if they could clear past debts, all past debts, i would be able to feel a little better about this place. for now i keep playing there, but realize the risk is greater than the reward.

More bad news, I tried my monthly transfer to matchbook, and they said they lowered the amount from $2500 to $1000, but still with the $50 ripoff fee. Is matchbook the only book they do transfers to?

Iam sorry for all i wrote in favor of Wsex, my apologies.
With my delay, not even the betting confirmations work anymore. I tried to placed a bet, waited forever, then the msg "wager rejected, wrong bet ratio" finally popped up. I refreshed the balance, and indeed no change.
Some minutes later i found out that i had a pending wager....

I can tolerate a lot, but this - no. Get out while you still can, sorry again.

Yes, and not only that but in the months since, WSEX has told several affiliates they were working getting a different gaming license, which has yet to happen. Until they square up cashouts and show some stability, I don't see how they could get a license anywhere.

thats been going on for quite some time Monte. i ended up having 2 bets and lost 3300 instead of 1650. this was when they were a A book. but i agree if we dont see at least a check this month im going to write it off. unfortunately there will be a ripple effect as i will withdraw most of my money from offshore and focus on trading. anyways happy new year all. oh thanks for the words of encouragement Richkas haha, you are funny but cant really disagree with you

this is nuts. they must mean you can not do another b2b withdrawl from WSEX to MATCHBOOK - until you withdraw from MATCHBOOK to WSEX for the same amount. they can not force you to deposit into WSEX before you can make any other type of withdrawl from MATCHBOOK.

Why not?

Pretty well standard procedure for quality books to require you withdraw to the same account you funded them with at least for that amount before permitting withdrawals by another means.

I've experienced this policy at a few places, including Pinnacle, which was a real pain the arse when I was operating accounts with both Neteller and Moneybookers.

For what its worth(probably not much), a friend of mine just got an email from wsex with a fed ex tracking number. (been waiting since august) Hopefully a few more receive that same email soon. good luck

You would have to be completely insane to stick with Wsex. I have emailed them every week for a year to finally receive my $9000 from them. What a headache and a half. If I heard the word "Processor" one more time from them, I think I would hang myself. I know about a dozen people who finally received their Fedex checks and will never use them again. I have since, in the last few months, gone with another Sportsbook & have received 4 payouts from them within a week. Don't subject yourselves to this misery. Get your money and run.

This dead horse keeps getting beat on over and over...yet they put up new lines everyday, even keep their Live interactives going. Everything rosie...

Inquire for payment... "processor this processor that".."waiting for a wire to hit"...same game another slow pay. However, copying and pasting an email request for payment takes all of 5 seconds. I am beginning to wish they would either die once and for all, or the long shot...somehow someway someone out there buys this tarnished brand and for the sake of the industry restores their once great name. Money there is basically a write off. Thankfully, we all have it spread around right?

6 is the day, 1 is the month, 2011 is the year.

WSEX is still making an occasional payout to keep them from being labeled a complete stiff. Considering all the lies from WSEX I recommend SBR lower their rating to a D-
