andywend can you clarify this? It appears you are saying that Matchbook eventually refused to allow you anymore $2500/week

I certainly DON'T understand this. Unless things have changed, they are requiring a 4x rollover, and they also do not allow one to withdraw ANY funds until ALL rollovers are completed.
So even if you did this for 2 months weekly, they would be holding 20k of your funds, and refusing to release one dollar of it until you have bet 80k at Matchbook.

Why would they cut you off at a certain point? They are holding 100% of your funds and forcing you to play there.
Why isn't it in their interest to allow this to continue for as many times as you wish?

Been reading this thread for a while but this is my first post. Discouraging to hear that I'm not the only one having trouble getting paid by WSEX. They won't even answer my questions on online chat anymore. I'm owed one 3k check requested Oct 13 and another requested Nov 2. Just wanna get paid and get my money to a different book.

Even though I was satisfying the 4X rollover requirement each and everytime I transferred money from WSEX to Matchbook before requesting any withdrawals, Matchbook indeed told me they would no longer accept incoming transfers from WSEX.

The 4X rollover requirement was not a problem for me to satisfy as my live trading volumes are quite high.

I assumed that many of their customers were doing the same thing (transferring monies from WSEX to Matchbook) due to WSEX's refusing to process customer withdrawals in a timely manner.

Now that you mention it, I agree with you that Matchbook should have continue to allow me to transfer from WSEX as I was satisfying the rollover requirement and I do generate a ton of commissions with my active trading volumes.

However, I really didn't want to ruffle any feathers with Matchbook as I need them a lot more than they need me.

There were 2 games where I lost a ton of money at WSEX and won a corresponding amount at Matchbook so I wound up doing an indirect transfer and now I don't have to worry about WSEX slow paying anymore.

With that being said, if and when WSEX gets their act together, I will be reloading my account as their live betting always provides liquidity when needed.

for months i've been getting checks in a untimely manner with the help of josh. not sure i would have recieved any of the checks i did without his help. probably at least would have waited much much longer for payments. i was also doing transfers for tne max, weekly for 6 or 7 weeks in a row and a couple more in the last month, they were fast and expensive. always thought they were close to getting thier act together. but after this prolonged agony i now think it is just a matter of time before they are rated 'F'. and the 'F' will be deserved way before they actually get it.

courier payout

first post. Requested 3k on 10/20. Emailed multiple times, received the "our bank does these checks in batches and they only do the patches once a month explanation". Still no check or tracking number. I had Josh add me to the complaint list so hopefully that will help. Should have read this thread *before* I used WSEX. The whole reason I started using WSEX was to transfer into Matchbook, and they stopped allowing me to do that because I deposited with CC. Sigh

Hi guys WSEX have told me that from now on I can only withdraw by check. I've never received a check from WSEX before. Can anyone tell me if WSEX's name is anywhere on the check or the envelope it comes in? It's just that my wife is the one who opens my mail, and I don't want to break her illusion that I only bet a few dollars a week!

ichiro4thehall, I have received several WSEX checks and WSEX's name does not appear on the check. Some Canadian bank will appear on it, with a Quebec address.

i only called to complain like once the past few checks, and i received them all within 2 months. i am not sure if hounding them makes much of a difference.

question: i requested 4 more checks this week, and i requested via courier. is that stupid? do you get it any faster than if you request regular mail? thanks.

Ichiro, no WSEX does not appear anywhere on the checks. Just some vague, unheard of company. Mine also come from Quebec. None of my business, but if you are making money, you might want to consider sharing this fact with your wife !! My wife is thrilled everytime I check shows up Fed-Ex.

Means she can buy more stuff !!

Suzysuzy...I only did regualr mail once and that was back when WSEX was paying ok. Took 6 weeks and the check came registered mail thru the post office. I withdraw about once every 3-4 weeks courier and even though it's been taking 4 weeks or so it is a lot less hassle.

Just received one payment from WSEX from Oct 13 for 3k. They had made me request a check on that date. However when I went to the online chat service today, they told me that the checks had been returned due to unforseen problems with processors. They then asked me if I could receive the funds via instadebit, which I had suggested about a week ago. So that`s how I finally got paid, but I am still owed another 3000 from Nov 2 and they didn`t have any update on that money today.

Please note that WSEX transfer deposits require a 4 time rollover before withdrawals or further deposits from WSEX.

I was aware of the 4x roll, but now restrictions for only 2 transfers per month (2.5k max each) and you can't make the second transfer until you meet the other 4x rollover is insane.

EDIT: I guess the best way to move $ around is whenever you need money somewhere, is to bet one side at WSEX and bet the other side at a book of choice and hope the WSEX wager loses. You lose the juice, but avoid the new stipulations.

First post. Wish I had read this thread earlier. I tried to transfer from WSEX to Matchbook, but was told by WSEX that this was not possible because I had funded my account via credit card. That was true, but I had also funded by transfer FROM Matchbook last month.

So I requested a $3000 check. The funds have been taken out of my account. I hope I get my money, but reading this thread makes me worried.

BTW, Live betting bets do not count toward rollover.

No bonus at Matchbook Hap. Just better lines. Most books have roll-overs from book transfers, so you can't move your money around at a book just for the sake of moving it around.

I guess interbook transfer to matchbook is an issue now. I deposited to wsex using a credit card but rolled over the account multiple times.

Just wanted to say that the live betting on wsex does count towards any rollovers because I bet live betting exclusively at wsex and have still been able to do interbook transfers. I am not really sure what the rollover is at wsex before you can interbook transfer funds out each week but I do know that the interbook transfer limit is $2,500 every 7 days.

I wanted to comment on this issue of doing B2B transfers after having done a credit card deposit. A couple months back, I got that refusal to do a transfer for that reason. I called up and spoke to a manager and we worked it out. I just had to send scans of some ID.

Just wait for an +ev bet, isn't that hard to find if you also have Matchbook.
