I can't post there - all Massachusetts accounts have been deactivated, and the forum shares the same login as the sportsbook

Bovada: Closed in my state, won't send $3500

I'm in Massachusetts, and Bovada recently closed down here. I had about $3500 in my account. I requested a payout by the "final" day they stated, which was about a month ago. When I contact them for updates, they tell me everything is fine, the transaction has simply been delayed.

I've never had a problem with Bovada before - received many payouts over the last few years. They usually take about 1 to 2 business days.

I've been using their live chat.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to proceed? Possibly a better way to contact them, like a phone number?

    thanks

What does Bovada say about this?

SBR only mediates for USA/CA licensed bookmakers these days, but the Bovada Community Forum might be a place to get their attention.

    BOVADA screwed me too!

It happened to me last night, and unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. I spoke with someone else who told me that if I had taken pictures, I could prove what happened and possibly get it reversed. I've been with them for 4 years, so I never expected something like this to happen. At first, I thought I made a simple mistake on my first bet, but when it happened again right after, I realized they had altered my bet. The second incident was so obvious. When I raised the issue, the first thing they asked for was proof, and without it, I’m stuck.
Because of this, I'm done with BOVADA. However, moving forward, no matter what site I use, I’ll always take pictures of every bet. Keep in mind, these sites are often licensed in third-world countries, and they’re not always run perfectly. There’s always a chance that someone on the inside is willing to do something shady. So, protect yourself.
Take pictures of every bet. Take multiple pictures for each bet so you can prove what happened if this happens to you in the future.

I said don't you think its strange it I made several exact score bets for full game and somehow that my two winning bets are magically halftime wagers. Nothing, no explanations no apologies. Just repeated what my fake bets were.

Anyways penetrate bovada I won't be using them again.

I would be patient typically but bovada shuts down in MA after tomorrow so need it graded. No reason they can't grade it. Wish someone could help. Community forum couldn't.

You could try asking on their community forum here https://community.bovada.lv/

But I do think we should expect a little bit of messing about with election grading, and I would try to be patient personally.

They paid out a bunch of them but are selectively saying they need all votes in for other bets that are already official. And those just so happen to be the ones I've won. For example , they graded " will their be record turnout" as a loss already (which isnt official) but are claiming they need all votes to be in to grade GOP to win by 65-104 ( which is official). Very shady

Bovada not paying out election bets. Can anyone help?

Bovada keeps saying they're waiting for official results to pay out all their election bets. But everything is official now and they still refuse. Any ideas on how to get this done? Thanks

If you put more on, that money will not be affected by the funds you have involved in the bonus bro. I have played there for 15 years.

I thought the rollover requirement was for just the bonus amount. Not total deposit.

If your account is zero with no pending wagers, then it resets the rollover. So if your next deposit is without a bonus, the. You just need to play through 1x to withdraw.

In your scenario, the previous r/o is not applicable as it has now reset. So you don’t need to meet the previous r/o requirement but would need to play through 1x your subsequent deposit of $1k

You could even deposit more money while you have funds in a bonus and any winnings you can cashout with that money. Again that top right will show you what is what

Once you lost that money there is no rollover. You can click on the circle by your balance in the top right and it will show you your amount and if there is any locked funds

    Bovada Bonus rollover requirement

What would happen in this scenario?

    I deposit $1,000 with a 50% bonus. $1,500 total balance. 5x rollover

I lose the entire $1,500 on two wagers in a week.

I deposit another $1,000 without any bonus.

Does the rollover requirement for the previous bonus still exist on my latest deposit? Would I not be able to withdraw until I meet the previous rollover requirement?

Then the next day I looked and the bet hadn't actually been made. At BOL you have to click twice to confirm the wager. I'm guessing I f'ed up and and closed out the screen before confirming it. Either way there was no record of it. Never happened to me before at BOL. Sure it was my fault. Still, so brutal.
Moral of the story? Screen shots.
Other moral? Don't have your first SBR post be about how an A+ book ripped you off when you have no supporting evidence.
good point, and i always check pending wagers... about a week ago on live betting i screwed up and took a ncaa team for 1st half on the moneyline instead of game (they rearrange their live betting options all the time so where i was looking was full game a minute earlier), that was a total waste of $300 and it pissed me off even more when they came back and won.

could you have just made different bets mistakenly? do the dates and times of the bets make sense to when you were on the site placing bets?

Every once in a great while, I look at my recently graded wagers and realize that I bet on the wrong line or the wrong side of a line. Every time that happens, I know that I just made a really silly mistake because I know that all humans are fallible. The last thing that would come to mind is that the book changed my wager on me, but for some reason it's some people's first assumption. I find that really strange.

Does your bet slips show an exact score of 31-20 for half time?

How many other exact score bets did you make?

HT bets may very well be graded separately btw, right after HT.

First off, welcome to the forum. Secondly, I don't believe you and most others here won't believe your story either with no proof and just your word vs theirs.

Since this is your first post and are accusing a solid A+ shop of wrongdoing you should post screenshots of your bets BEFORE & AFTER, clearly showing what you are claiming Bovada did.
