#2Its new, let us know how smoothly it works. Is it the one they charge 3½% but you are reimbursed via commission credits?Comment -

#4Minor problem there is you get addicted to offering, and end up paying no commission. I've got a huge stack of credit there, never using it up :-)Comment -

#5Still can't believe these books attempt to go back to bank/check deposits. The government will catch this shit in a second. Stick with **/**, Fedex, etc.Comment -

#6It works well, a good deposit option for them done through a third party, no problems.Comment -

accepting an offer and paying 1% is still usually better than most other book's prices.
about this deposit option, they had it a while back, and they put the kibosh on it for some reason. it may happen again, but in the mean time, better than nothing. i dont think matchbook is accepting **/** right now.Comment -

True, but if you have time and patience to queue, you do get a lot better price. For examle, take evens and you essentially get -102 after commission. Offer one notch higher, and you're at +101.2 after rebate.
That's really adds up in the long run - say you do 100 x 1 unit bets at -105, and win 54 of them for +5.4 net profit. If you offered 1 notch higher on all, that's 7.2 units profit instead, or 33% greater profit (and of course you're getting a better price than any book to start with). The more profitable you are the less that matters, but for those making 2-3% RoI longrun the difference is huge.
ps I am very drunk, so some or quite possibly all of these figures might be complete nonsense. General principle is right though :-)Last edited by HeeeHAWWWW; 07-25-09, 09:11 PM.Comment -
