I signed up on Bet Mania in December...before accepting a very generous bonus I inquired about their limits! While they were already low by industry standards I was told that I would have a $500 limit on the sports I was interested in....and if they changed they would only go up....since then I have been a losing player! (I primarily bet on my favorite and local teams or games on TV for some action)
However for some random reason they lowered my limits to $250...forget the fact that accomplishing a rollover is impossible...$250 is really not enough to get my blood going! When I called to resolve this I was met With incredibly rude staff and condescending tones. Not only were they unwilling to be slightly accommodating, they were also unwilling to apologize.

Sorry to hear this...sounds like it was not the best customer experience. Are you going to continue to contact them and ask why you were lowered in betting?

The $250 limit is pretty much the standard they drop people to if you show some skill.

Sorry to hear this...sounds like it was not the best customer experience. Are you going to continue to contact them and ask why you were lowered in betting?

Do you have an opinion on this? It seems pretty much like a dead issue...will it do any good? Again...I’m not looking for a $10000 limit...I just want a little extra action on games I attend or when my alma mater plays

As far as skill...LOL...as the kids say!! I only bet big on my local teams and alma mater (and my local hockey team has lost 6/7). My other bets are primarily TV games and if they are big, they are usually the late game and I had a losing day! I’ve made approximately $2900 worth of deposits (and taken big bonuses) and my current balance is $1125.00. I’m hardly on a heater!

I would love them to make it right...seems clear they won’t. At the very least I’m owed an apology for both the rudeness and “miscommunication”.

It’s not the end of the world...I am very obviously a “recreational player” and the money I set aside for this I already count as lost. If they had been even a little bit transparent about this, I would have deposited the money elsewhere. I bet for fun, not stress!!

It appears they have accommodated my request. If this is permanent...that’s awesome and they’ve gained a lifetime customer! I’ll keep everyone posted! Really a great community here and thanks so much to everyone who reached out privately and publicly.
