When did you accept this bonus? I believe they changed this rule a while back. That doesn't make it any less scummy, especially when they have a rollover tracker which calculates rollover the normal, expected way.

They used to be one of my favorite books until they left out on their own now i never play there because a ton of complaints on them. A ton of them on bonuses.Originally posted by Penguin7in my cashier it says i have completed all my rollover. i go to request a cashout and they say i still owe like 60k in rollover??? i contact support and am told that a max of $100 per bet will go towards rollover. im wagering 500-2k per game BUT ONLY 100 GOES TO ROLLOVER. this is blatant stealing and absurd business practice. they never made this aware when claiming the bonus. With my current wager sizes i have to wager close to $1MILLION to clear a 2k deposit bonus. how is this allowed?!?!?! when I call their 1800 number its just an automated voice saying to email them or contact live support. live support is now saying that they made "rule changes" to rollover requirements. THIS HAPPENED AFTER I MADE MY DEPOSIT THEY JUST GO AND CHANGE THE RULES.

SBR doesn't take complaint's anymore. Also, DSI has had that rule in place for years. Crappy rule, but its been written in their terms forever.Leave a comment:

Since SBR just made a statement about the case today, I assume he's been working behind the scenes. Being silent in public may be a smart move here.Originally posted by pokerdevilI'll bet $100 this guy was doing sketchy correlated parlays. Silent since 9/27Leave a comment:

Good. Sportsbooks need to be held accountable for their actions somehow. And if they won't respond to such requests for information, then it's fair for us to assume guilt on their part. If their actions are justified, then they should WANT to share.Leave a comment:

nah, you'd just post about it here, like everyone else would. just like this guy did. have a little empathy for this dude... assuming he is telling the truth. unfortunately there is just no recourse for this situation, so the money is just gone.Leave a comment:

No doubt. Does that mean they didn't budge? I'm asking bc I'll be trying to withdraw all of my funds from them soon. Heard a lot of horror stories. In fairness they've always paid out in the past. Those times were no more than 10k tho. Now I got around 70k in there...Originally posted by jjgoldDsi bad

What reason did they give you for doing this to you?Leave a comment:

Depends on how they will react now.But since they erased the betting history makes me think they were going to erase any trace of the winnings and not pay the customer.Originally posted by DontTailMeNo, the brunt comes when they don't make good on it. It can definitely get worse.
About bad publicity i would suggest only 5% of gamblers checks the reviews of gambling sites before joining and even less know about SBR forum.
I give him about about 10% chances of getting paid after they erased the betting history and blocked him.
And even if their reputation gets destroyed they can just change the domain name and come as a fresh betting site.
Anyways they didn’t had good reduced juice odds even for 🇺🇸 sports let alone
for other sports worldwide.Leave a comment:

There was never a chance. If you have a 6 figure balance at this shit book you will not get paid. DSI could care less what this forum thinks.Originally posted by Judge CraterWhatever chance you had just got worse with you going public about it. Assuming it is something bad from the sportsbooks side, they might have worked something out with SBR to avoid publicity on the message boards.Leave a comment:

Originally posted by DontTailMeDisagree. Negative publicity motivates them. They cannot afford to lose new/existing customers. Maybe that's true for someplace like MyBookie, which has so many complaints that 1 more complaint no longer moves the needle.

There is no attorney that can help you with an offshore sportsbook issue. Think about it, an attorney is licensed to practice law in a specific state or country. You can try to find one in Costa Rica but they will be paid off by the books.Leave a comment:
