ETG alcohol test

Long story short, I got arrested for DUI awhile back, got put in a treatment program for probation. They give you an ETG test for alcohol randomly that detects it supposably up to 80 hours prior.

I drank 4 beers on Saturday night and tested today(Tuesday) at 11am.


About 60 hours after i stopped drinking. I drank quite a bit of water and my piss came out slightly yellow compared to others who were dark yellow.


Anyone ever had experience with these tests and the percentage that I pass? I only drank 4 beers so figured I might have a shot...

You shouldn't have anything to worry about. 48 hours is plenty of time to pass any ETG test as long as you drank adequate water.

Drank quite a bit, nothing crazy though. Drank a bunch of coffee and ate a big breakfast before the test also.

a lot of judges give 30-60 days in jail for 1st offense...OP should feel lucky he's a free man.

Im talking about the alcohol test i just took, it detects alcohol up to 80 hours after you drink.

I only did 1 day in county for dui

Random, I had already been tested before so figured I had awhile to go before my next test. 4 beers really isn't anything, was just watching some college football and figured I didn't have anything to worry about for awhile

im in michigan and i know of 2 judges in my county that give jail time to 1st offender DUI. its all about the luck of the draw as far as which judge you get. its completely random what judge gets your case.
