Good answer. I keep all of the prunings of my apple trees and when I BBQ, I throw the applewood in my dog's kiddie pool. Then, proceed to smoke the hell out of whatever I am grilling. A touch of honey on a ribeye creates an optimal flavor contrast. Post pics of whatever you grill.

Not sure if this is directed towards Sam or me, but I bought a new stone...it's a ceramic, heavy duty one and it was hands down better than the cheapie one I was using (cracked). Did pizza for about 10 people and it was damn impressive...no burning the crust.
