Position a db on a chair near the pullup bar, so that you can reach it with your legs. With the Db locked in between your ankles, bring your knees up to your chest. One of my favs. 45-55 is a good starting weight.

Did i mention im a personal trainer and train people for free. This should be known sbr knowlege. I guess there are a few fresh newbies. They will blow away in the breeze like the others.
Ab exercises won't do jack crap
If you want bigger stronger abs then you should do leg raises and with no rest ab crunches to failure because most ab exercises your upper abs hit failure first and your lower abs don't get worked as hard. Do the lower ab exercises first and with no rest do the ab crunch

Bycycle crunch works for me. It utilizes all the muscles in the abdominal area and quite ease to do to. Make sureyou do 100 crunches every day and you'll start to see results.
