So did a DVD with pictures to music ...etc... she watched it on her laptop but it doesn't play on my friend's Blue Ray Player. Can I convert ordinary DVD to Blue Ray DVD or disk, are there blank Blue Ray DVD you can buy? Im not even sure they exist, any suggestions?

No you cannot convert it, blank blueray discs are expensive it would be a huge waste of money to put pictures and music on it and you most likely dont have a blueray burner anywaysComment -
It should play on a bluray player they play regular dvds aswell maybe it doesn't read data dvdsComment -
