I just had the most amazing pbj ever

White bread so soft I could barely spread the peanut butter. (It rips- sandwich ruined) Raspberry jam. I can respect preserves but jelly a no go.

Haven't had one in a long time.

Gotta get the bread loaf unsliced, baked that day. Slice it yourself real thick

Agree, Panera loaf from same day is way to go.

One thing I'm picky about is the bread MUST be fresh. I know people who buy six loaves at a time and toss a few in the freezer, couple in the fridge and leave one on the counter.
