I can get infracted for this or whatever, just speaking how I feel.. but I FEEL like black people are absurdly hostile towards customer service. Anyone who has ever worked customer service can probably agree with that.

Just a mindset thing...a black person generally walks into a store/wherever already sure they're going to be screaming at whoever they need to talk to. Certainly not all, but a higher percentage by far.

I guess. I was a dick so I didn't care when people did it when I was 16 at my part time job at Target... I just told them to fukk off under my breath but I feel bad for people who try to be nice to them and STILL get screamed at.

Bad as a waiter because they always tried to get stuff for free. They did nothing but complain and run your ass off, and if you as so much took 1 second too long in their mind they'd call the manager, complain, and ask for free food. No matter what it seems like you can not please them when it comes to service. Or they would do something like pick a piece of hair out of their head, put it in their food, and then ask for a free meal because of it. Schemes like that. Plus they never tipped... had a table of 45 black people one time and it was my only table of the night, they ran my ass off, bill was $900, all 45 of them wanted to-go desserts and drinks, plus some of them changed their mind on their order after I had already put the order in, I got tipped about $2.67 in loose change.

Never really got bitched out by any black people, but one time some customer accidentially tripped me so I spilled a tray of drinks all over this black lady, she got up and stormed out of the restraunt, then came back 30 minutes later demanding free food and making a huge scene.

I also had a black lady literally complain that her enchiladas had too much cheese on them and not enough meat, and that she should get the food for free since it wasn't to her liking.

I worked customer service at a bank on the phone for a year or so... We'd get 4 or 5 types of caller... caller 1 would be an old lady making sure checks have cleared. Probably don't know how to use a computer.

Caller 2 would be some broke dikk fukk complaining about overdraft charges b/c they don't keep track of their money. These people were usually from Memphis and were usually black. I guess women complained more but they'd all make it seem like I was personally taking hundreds of dollars from them and rolling around in it. 'Why did you take my money?!?!' Funny stuff is I was allowed to give them back as many charges as I saw fit, if they were rude they got zero. Why piss off people you want things from? Makes no sense.
