Can someone be a genius and a retard at the same time? I have superhuman retard strength and giganto retard schlong but i didn't get any of the negetive effects. Could i still get handicap parking stickers?

I saw a car accident one time where a car landed on top of some kid. Some guy bashed himself over the head with a hammer, became retarded, and used his superhuman strength to lift the car. Imagine if that was allowed in the UFC.
