Looking to buy a timeshare in New Orleans French Quarter

Anyone have any experience with Time Shares??

My aunt and uncle have had one on Sanibel Island, Florida for more than 20 years and love it, they go every january. The French Quarter would be the ultimate place for me to hang for a couple of weeks, i LOVE it there.
