I have no idea what this is about, nor do I care - however, I have always enjoyed Hugo Chavez. The dude is an absolute joke, and he doesn't care. It is highly comical, in the right context.

I tell ya, Penn and that director are absolute looney bin crazy characters. I used to think maybe he's a publicity hound.... but Penn is absolutely batshit crazy.

Chavez is just exploiting him.... and Penn doesn't even realize it. He just has intense admiration (lol) for Chavez.

Either that's the legitimate take.... or Penn is the greatest actor in the history of the universe.
