Yeah, a case that involved a nursing home bombing, a world class meth lab and a local business man would probably have a whole task force assigned to it from the jump. For all I know maybe even the FBI.

With the bombing it would have been taken over by someone more competent than local law enforcement. No offensive to any police officers they are just not the sharpest tacks so to speak. They are more about reaction, all this would be way over their pay grade.

Not a horrible episode I would say, I do think he may have to get rid of the wife.
