Well it wasn't nearly as bad as you'd think. Got to Dr. around 1130 and they gave me a couple Valium and an antibiotic. Then they asked me to sit in my car with the heat on until they were ready for me. This is done so your balls loosen up and hang lower for better access to the vas deferens.

Then I went back into the surgical room and took off my pants. Nurse washed my peckis area and scrotum and then covered me with sanitary sheets. Dr came in and gave me a shot in the scrotum on both sides. That was the ONlY pain that was involved....it kinda felt like a quick pinch, but also felt like my sac was filling up. It was a really weird sensation that lasted about 3 seconds. Then everything went numb. The doc said I could watch, but I wanted nothing to do with that. I couldn't feel anything except them adjusting my junk back and forth and then I felt a tug as the doctor stitched me up. Then he went and did it all over again on the other side.

He gave me a couple scripts for Vicodin and told me to go home, ice my balls for a few hours and relax for a few days. I felt great, until about ten minutes after I left the dr. I started to feel like I got punched in the balls and I still do. The pain is more uncomfortable than it is painful. Ice helps. Vicodin helps. I should be banging again by Sunday night.

It's truly not bad. At the most it's just uncomfortable. If you've had the amount of children that you and your wife want, it's a no brainer. Its less traumatic than having a tooth pulled.
