here is my hand.. two broken fingers and broken fragments in wrist including the dreaded hamate

4 pins and put in a spliny until thursday.

after "surgery" nobody tol me any exercises to do so i don;t lose all flexibility in my hand and i don't want my forearm yo totally athrophy... any advice? or just wait until thursday?

no not punching. they told me it would be nice if it was a classic boxer's hand. This involved medievil torture techniques with a hammer ala the movie casino, due to late payment on a gambling debt

Old age. That was my first serious sprain. This was my first bone break and surgery. Just got out of healing church service, I should be back golfing in less than A week. Praise the Lord
