I've done this. I lost 22 pounds and she gained three... It was a debacle, I was looking slim and nice and she was all insecure and had resentment.

One good thing I will say about the wife; she makes a concerted effort to exercise 3 or 4 times a week and eat healthy. We have a treadmill in our house so sometimes before she heads off to work, she'll jump on the treadmill and run for 30-45 minutes. She's only about 115lbs and has always had nice legs and a nice ass but after all her running, yoga, and just walking all the time, she's tight, even after popping out two of my kids. She knows that I have no problem telling her if I think she is gaining a bit, so I've been lucky to avoid the curse of fat wife eating Bon-bons.

I resorted to pumping some skinny poontang on the side. She wants to be in shape and she does what she has to to stay in shape. The wife on the other hand.... 10 kilos extra, boys. With the pounds have come lots of bitchiness as well.

Im in the worse shape physically I have ever been in but Im not gaining weight. I was blessed with a speedy metab....That being said, she needs to drop a few. 5'3 120 i'm guessing...Should be 105-108 range.

This is what you do, sweep:

Get a glancing shot of her on one of your videos.
