Cop pulls me over because I had a head light out

I tell him one head light works just fine. How many motorcyclists you pull over tonight? They only have one head light and their visibility is the same as mine. Congress could easily pass a law putting a breathalyzer in every car, solving drunk driving as we know it.
But, the revenue from dui arrest would lose the government millions.

Realistically, it is kind of bullshit to get pulled over for headlight being out.
But I think most of us do believe that cop was trolling for a dui cash grab.
