those that have talked to JJ on the phone, know what this is about. ON the phone the guy is all gentle like Mr. Rogers. Very good active listener, he really wants to get to know posters, asks good questions and just lets you ramble. its like therapy. Guy is like Mr. Rogers, makes you feel good about yourself and gets you to reveal too much....
he's not like the video JJ we see mostly. Very gentle giant.
