I've been involved in one accident in my life. Car 4 hits car 3 who pushes into car 2, and car 2 pushes into me, car 1. Damage was very minor, couldn't even see it, but it did bend something under my car a tiny bit. Estimate was like 2 grand. I pocketed it because I couldn't notice it and valued the money a bit more. Is that insurance fraud or a reasonable decision?Comment -
Wow...a Mexican did this to me in his shitty Astrovan. He didn't do it on purpose, bc the cops were blocking off the one way street up ahead, so I was following behind the mexican, we both made the turn and we both stopped at the corner. Next thing you know he's reversing into me, and while I'm honking, he still drives back into my car. I get out of my car, and next thing you know, it's like a clown car that I'm dealing with. 5 Mexicans run out of the back doors, and the cops were just about leaving in our direction, so I flag them down, only to have the passenger young cop punk start giving me an attitude and saying it's my fault for tailgating the mexican. ) 2004 G35. Long story short, the cops partner was an Asian, and said he seen everything, and basically made the other young punk feel stupid and apologize to me. The unlicensed Mexican (license is from Maryland) only got a ticket for reversing down a one-way street, but I got a valuable lesson from it. **** Mexicans, and **** the cops! Luckily, my car only had a minor scratch on the front bumper.

gray area...if someone else says you were due the money and it wasnt intentional then i dont find fault for taking it when in reality it could be compensating for loss of longevity of the car or whatever
