Summer vacation 2012.. PR vs Caribbean

Hello guys,

I am thinking to make a reservation for myself and my cousins. We are looking for somewhere that we can swim in the ocean(we hate waves) as well as nightlife is over average.

I've heard about San Juan. Has anyone been there? Can you give some info about nightlife and the ocean(waves, clean etc?)

Also, we are thinking to go to St. Maarteen as well. I know nightlife sucks but the ocean is wonderful based on the reviews. Is there anyone who has been there?

How about Virgin Islands etc? Or is there any other Caribbean Island that you can recommend?

Go to Atlantis in the Bahamas, Casino in the hotel, sick restaurants, water park at the hotel, beach a short walk. The natives hustle for their tips, you can't go wrong.
