Not all kids are but some lack simple guidance on how to behave and to respect their elders.

The thing is it has to start at home, too many parents rely on the schools to teach their children everything including how to behave. The school systems today have not only the job of teaching children basic reading and writing, but also teaching them the life skills they use to learn at home from their parents and family.

I completely agree. Many of our Girl Scouts are raising money for a trip to Savannah, GA next year. (around $9k total) Several of them are working the fundraisers to achieve their goal, however, there are the select few whose parents just write a check for the entire amount and refuse to even bring their daughter to help for an hour.

It's very frustrating as a leader in a way to see these kids have the trip just handed to them... We have tried explaining to the other girls that in the end they will appreciate the trip even more because they worked for it.

I see so many kids that walk around expecting things to be handed to them and people to basically bow down to them and cater to their wishes.

When I was a teenager I was going to work at the Boys and Girls club. On my first shift, I had to go on the bus and make sure the kids made it home. On the way home, some of the kids got out of control, so the bus driver told them to quiet down. Within 5 seconds the whole bus was chanting STFU.
When we finally arrived at the stop some of the parents were standing there. I told them what thier kids were saying,and none of them cared.
That was my last day at the boys and girls club.

Easy, pal. I don't think anyone has doubts regarding my views on conservative issues. I've been fairly outspoken about it.

But I certainly don't wish actual harm on anyone over their political beliefs. I agree its a terrible reflection on these kids, as well as their parents.....but those 2 instances of punishment seems a little extreme & bizarre. As far as the vid goes, I still think its inappropriate to put gross vids in a thread.

Once pops started increasing the quantity of swats from 1 to.......3.......5.........I realized I better knock off the bullshit and straighten up.
