Hoping someone can help me out.

I am looking for someone (who of course owes me money) who has turned his phone off and quit showing up in circles that I am around.

Little goofy, weasly, fukk that was working for a local (with pph shop) that when I hit a nice run local paid him and he decided to stiff me.

I know the city guy lives in and that he lives alone. I have been told a utility search is possible to find address. Was told this was possible if he had any of power, water, or such in his name.

infosearch has a utility search.. think is like 100$. but they only charge u 30$ if they dont find a record.

I would agree. If this guy is working for the local, it's on him. I own restaurants. If one of my empoyees stole someone's CC and used it, that's on me, the owner. Have you approached the local with this?
