Definitely, I wouldn't live there. I would let people stay there at night like a hotel. I would rake in the cash off people wanting to experience a haunted house.

Friends of mine swear their house is haunted. Anybody that's spent a lot of time there has said they've seen weird things happen. So the one night I stayed over cause I was all boozed up. I challenged the ghost to come out and fight me. Nothing. Ghosts are sissies. You just gotta let them know who rules the roost.

Oh, so my answer is yeah I'd buy the house.

OMG, I did the very same thing in a room full of teachers. They were discussing ghosts and haunting and all that other bs. I replied are you guys serious? You are educated people. Well I challenged every ghost and spirit to come visit me that very night. I actually think some of these people got scared, couldn't believe it.

I would buy the house too.

I dont believe in any of that, but I do have a few close friends and family members who not only fully believe in stuff like that, but have supposedly seen things themselves. These are people I love and trust so have to take it with an open mind in some respects...but until I actually see something for myself then I will always be very skeptical, and even then will more than likely looks for a rational explanation.

One thing I have found though is that in general, anyone who already believes in ghosts etc are more likely to "see" something spooky, and I have never met or heard of a single person say "I never believed in any of that...then one night saw a ghost and it changed my mind forever".

Those who see things, always seem to be the ones wanting to see something...

A lot of "haunted houses" are the result of carbon monoxide leaks in the home. A slight c/o leak over a long period of time can make someone dillusional.

Never seen a ghost and never will cuz that shit be fake.
