Honest question: Why can't black people drive? Seriously, you can't go out on the streets for 5 minutes without seeing one of them driving at an unsafe speed, swerving in and out of lanes, driving through red lights without even feeling the need to speed up through it, or simply not understanding what a stop sign is.

Yes, I do know what white people, hispanics ect also have their share of bad drivers. But it's at the point now, when you see one of these cars you can guess if they're black or not simply from the way they're driving. It's shocking, and yet won't ever be discussed.
