What Moved The Cloud?

She's so stupid whoever is talking on this video. At the 2:55 mark why doesn't she just hold the camera still and follow this thing instead of moving around?

Also I have seen light reflect weird off of clouds like that before and refract into the lens of cameras. I don't get her argument at the 1:30 mark either about the "bright blue" light.....isn't that just the sky peaking out?

Probably ELF technology or HAARP or Scalar waves affecting the clouds, something like that. It's actually a good thing that the camera keeps moving away whilst this is happening, gives a better sense of perspective, would be harder to fake.

It was filmed in Barrington, Massachusetts according to the description on youtube.

It's definitely not cgi. It's not a reflection either as she clearly states she has the window down so there would be nothing to reflect off of.
