She stayed with that dude even after having her ass beat....the day of the arrest she had two opportunities to leave but then stayed and later fired the warning shot. If it was first domestic assault and she shot him while he was dotting her eyes then she would be a free woman today. That being said I don't agree with the sentence length she got though.

I'd be willing to bet her gun wasnt registered and im gonna guess zimmermans was, she is probably facing charges for unlawful ownership of a firearm would be my guess. Having a registered gun and a permit to carry makes a big difference on the length of your sentence and how you're processed.
