    30 up 30 down
warmup, 1 set to failure, 1 rep, 30 up and 30 down super slow continuous tension workout in 1 hour. Most people can't do it. You need good lungs and be in weightlifting shape, not volume pussy shape.

Give it a try nex time you workout. you have nothing to lose. You probaly won't do it right the 1st time but will get better at it as you go.

I wouldn't do it unless your an advanced trainer or at a sticking point.

Total upper body workout. 1 compound exercise supersetted with 1 isolation exercise.
Ellington Darden was one of the 1st people to recommend this type of training. It's intense as hell. Might even be harder than anything you've ever done in the gym.

Alot have done ten up and ten down, at least i hope, but 30 up and 30 takes it to another level. Constant tension on the muscle for a full minute straight and the weight will feel heavier then anything you've ever done because of the slow rep speed
