Ate a salad today with cayenne pepper poured on it with some honey mustard.
Dropped about 10 pounds this week.

My 1st tennis tourney of the year tommorrow morning at 10. Gonna be hard since i go to bed late and will be in a daze when i wake up at 8.
Usta 4.0 singles. Haven't played alot of singles, just doubles last couple years.
