    Undercover Boss show
I have watched undercover Boss from time to time and often wonder how real the stories are. I mean why does it seem that every person that the Boss has worked for has had a issue. Then at the end of the show the Boss gives the employee anywhere from 10,000 to 50,000 bucks. How must the other employees feel? I mean we all have our problems, but does it not seem fair that here the Boss comes to a place of your work, and just because he/she feels sorry for the person they are working with, gets a payoff. I'd be pissed that's for sure. Then again hell maybe if you see a camera crew following some "new guy/trainee," get ready to turn on your sobbing emotions.

"reality" shows have writers just like sitcoms. im sure they select employees with hardships before they shoot knowing they can end the show with an emotional boss giving money and trips to these workers.
