Plenty of whites wear their pants around their knees these days too. It's not a color of the skin issue. If an individual struts into a job interview with his pants around his knees and a bull ring in his nose he isn't going to be hired no matter his skin color.

I have no problem with most of what he said. But think about it, the speaker could leave the color of skin out of it and he would be spot on. Or he could be honest and say its mostly a black problem. But to come off as this culture is limited to black people makes his sincerity and motives suspect.
