if you've ever had braces my hygienest personally suggested to me that you use your retainers as whitening trays, either old ones, or go to your orthodontist and tell them you lost your retainer and they'll make you a new one for lower $$, (you can also have your dentist make molds of your teeth as whitening trays as well, but she said it would cost more $$ that way)

then get a good whitening gel and line the retainers with it as directed for time and usage

Before my cousin got married she used the crest white strips on her teeth for her wedding photos. But she only did her upper teeth because she said you wouldn't see her lower teeth in the pics, whatever, the difference between her upper and lower teeth was pretty fuking noticeable and she didn't have bad teeth to begin with.
