Are all drunks rail thin if they avoid beer?

Today I had the misfortune of having to park in front of a liquor store for almost an hour. Did some people watching - steady stream of folks picking up their spirits. I noticed that most of those who had the look and were handling the bottles with more care than a newborn baby didn't have much meat on their bones.

Do you know any hardcore alchy fatties who don't drink beer?

I think most of the hardest drinking poor drunks are pretty thin, regardless of what they drink. They might go for days without any food as getting alcohol is their top priority.
