Your coming home from your friends house watching the game. Had a few beers in you. Nothing crazy maybe 2 or 3 over a 3 hour period. Then when your driving home, som kid jumps from in between 2 cars and you hit him. Or some homeless bum walkind drunk in the street at night. What do you do? Stay and get arrested? Drive off and turn yourself in later? Of just drive off and forget about? What would you do?

I bring this up because the way the NY law is, it is benificial for one to flee the seen. Many are turning themselves in the next morning after alcohol clears up. Then get a slap on the wrist for leaving the scene. Laws need to be change. At leat 5 people killed in NY this past 2 weeks alone.Comment -

Hell no. Shit is bad. Actually, I take that back. I did do a hit and run. But just hit the back of a car and took off(That was a crazy story for another time). I do drink and drive occasionally. Not drunk driving, but it is easy to be over the state limit. 3 beers will absolutely put you over the limit.Comment -
