I can't see him getting convicted of anything. The story may be tragic but even the cops at the scene said it was justifiable. either way I don't understand how it became a national story..... I guess putting off the blame of inevitable raping and looting on a jury after he walks out a free man.

Looks like the prosecution chose to file charges just to make the lynch mob think they got their way. Absolutely no way 2nd degree murder holds up against him.
