I came home from church and an Easter Egg scavenger hunt to see this thread. Pissed myself laughing after reading the comments in here and the whole thing made me smile. I truly still don't remember our conversation but I'm still smiling! 50+ posters have talked to me on the phone or Skype. Each time I feel privileged that anyone would give a shit to even bother calling me. I had a blast last night. Betting on AFL and talking to the Aussies, playing poker, talking to posters - not as a Mod but just as a friend. It was a great night. Probably the best SBR night I've had in a few months. Maybe the same thing you guys get when you go clubbing. A much needed break after 2 weeks of sick kid, sick mom and two days of non stop work. And gin doesn't stink! And no hangover!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure jj heard this and thought I'd be upset because I was drunk. But truly I've talked to so many posters on the phone/Skype/whatever.... they know what I sound like normally and how I am. Many of them have commented in this thread.

I'm happy they finally got to hear me pissed... My accent's pretty bad. Not sure what it sounded like here as I refuse to listen to it but it normally sounds very Canadian when I drink. The only time people will say "you're Canadian!" and not American, is if I'm pissed. Problem is that I've lived in so many countries and learned so many crazy languages that it fluctuates. I have a very butchered voice. I just kind of give up now. Like I said - many of the guys in this thread have spent 500+ hrs with me on the phone. They know what I sound like day to day. I'm sure it's not pretty but it's me!
