I will drive by the dump later and see if its open so i can weigh myself.

If that fails ill go to wal mart and weight myself, im sure they sale weight scales. I don't believe any go over 300 though.

I'll do the best i can. Vid will be up around 9 pm. Heading to the gym in about 2 hours.

Started at 221.5 and have seen 214 but had a rough couple of days so scale says 216.8. Bad habits are a biatch to break. Plan on stepping on the scale at the bash and seeing 199.
