The actual winner of the lotto gets a fraction of the money spent over the weeks and weeks of people adding to the pot.The state drains a ton of bucks out of every drawing.Then when it's all said and done the feds and state will loot the winners share in taxes.And Obama will say,it's not good for you to be selfish.Hmmmm,I would say that the few hundred million looted from the pot was my charitable donation.
